Current Vacancies

Guest relation

We are looking for a Guest Relations Officer (female, German speaking) to provide high-quality service to our hotel guests.

Front Office Manager

The incumbent in the position is responsible for leading and managing all sections of the Front Office Department in order to ensure the highest standards of service in accordance with the operating procedures and Palmariva Standards. He/she is also responsible for up selling rooms to maximize the room revenue.

Assistant Food & Beverage Manager

Assist the Food and Beverage Manager in all responsibilities, replace him/her in his/her absence and assist in any of the outlets or banquets when necessary.

Night Manager

The incumbent in the position is responsible for leading and managing all sections of the Front Office Department during the night shift in order to ensure the highest standards of service in accordance with the operating procedures and Palmariva Standards. He/she is responsible for the smooth running of the hotel operations during the night shift.

Food & Beverage Manager

To ensure service delivery at every point of sale in the Food and Beverage Department.

Receptionist

To be responsible for the stays of guests in the hotel. He or she maintains the guest folder from arrival to payment on departure.

Assistant Cost Controller

Assist the cost controller in the day to day accounting operations.

Assistant Housekeeping Manager

To be responsible for assisting the Executive Housekeeper in managing the Housekeeping Department in order to ensure the highest standards
